Ballincollig Town Centre, Ballincollig, Cork

Ballincollig Town Centre comprises a mixed use commercial and residential development on 90 acres of land in Ballincollig, a suburb of Cork city. The development includes a shopping centre, office campus, town centre and over 800 residential units. The design integrates the new development into the existing town along its main street and provides strong visual and physical connections with Ballincollig.  The entire scheme was master planned and developed by the O’Flynn management team. Ballincollig Town Centre provides a vibrant, attractive streetscape with an open space environment where people want to live and work.

The Elysian, Eglinton St, Cork

An 18 storey development on 3.06 acres of land in the centre of Cork city. At 71 metres the Elysian is Ireland’s tallest building. The development comprises 211 residential units uniquely situated in a key city centre location, providing an exceptional quality of product in the tranquil living environment of the centrally landscaped garden square. The scheme also provides for a mix of office and retail space as well as over 590 car parking spaces. All aspects of the scheme were master planned and developed by the O’Flynn management team.


Eastgate, Little Island, Cork

Eastgate is located at Little Island, adjacent to the N25 Cork/Waterford and N8 Cork/Dublin primary routes, 1.5km east of the Jack Lynch Tunnel and the City’s main ring road system and is less than 10 minutes from the city centre.  Eastgate is very accessible to Cork International Airport.  Little Island train station which forms part of the extended rail connection from Midleton through Cork to Mallow and Dublin.

The overall development extends to 120 acres and consists of a mixed Retail and Business Park which is now substantially completed.  The overall development when completed will extend to in excess of 1.1 million sq.ft.

No. 5 & 6 Lapps Quay, Cork City

No. 5 & 6 Lapps Quay located in Cork city centre is a prestigious waterfront office development comprising of 110,000 sq ft. office space which is now fully sold to a range of occupiers.  The property is located in Cork’s new docklands development on Lapps Quay adjacent to South Mall and Parnell Place and directly across from the City Hall. It is an example of the quality of finishes expected and provided for by O’ Flynn Construction on any of its commercial developments.


Old Quarter, Ballincollig, Cork

The Old Quarter residential scheme is located to the North West of the site and has planning for 426 houses.  Old Quarter is one section of the residential development forming part of the Ballincollig Town Centre development providing a mix of quality suburban houses in the form of 2 and 3 bed townhouses, 3 and 4 bed semis and 4 bed detached.  The residential development is divided into four distinct areas, Waltham Abbey, Leslies Arch, Coopers Grange and Millers Court, all of which bear names with strong historical connections to both the barracks and the former Royal Gunpowder Mills.  All four distinct areas have separate enclosures each with its own individuality and particular choice of house design and configurations.

Cork Technology Park, Model Farm Rd.

Cork Technology Park is an established, easily accessible location for science, technology, call centre and software development uses, in close proximity to University College Cork and Cork Institute of Technology.  This is an example of where the O’Flynn Construction team designed and developed two buildings comprising premium office space with contemporary modern design and the availability of modern and diverse telecommunications infrastructure.
